  1. cash offers usually – no contingencies ( no financing clauses )

  2. It equates to money offers usually – no contingencies. So, we need to get pre-approved for your debt as well as not have any contingencies similar to a sale of your existent home.

  3. Although it could meant money only, no financing, it many expected equates to no contingencies upon carrying to sell your home first.

Contingency is a really extended tenure & there can be contingencies for many things similar to financing, constructional inspection, feasibility, carrying to sell a home initial in sequence to buy another.

The latter is a many usual in real estate lingo when referring to "No Contingencies".
