Although it could meant money only, no financing, it many expected equates to no contingencies upon carrying to sell your home first.
Contingency is a really extended tenure & there can be contingencies for many things similar to financing, constructional inspection, feasibility, carrying to sell a home initial in sequence to buy another.
The latter is a many usual in real estate lingo when referring to "No Contingencies".
